The car named DS3 Crossback uses the new CMP (Common Modular Platform) platform, which will also be the basis for "green" models from Peugeot and Citroen. The design of the model resembles the DS7 Crossback. The crossover received hidden door handles, headlights with vertical LEDs, and taillights united by a molding. Inside the DS3 Crossback, seats made of special foam material, a 10.3-inch touchscreen display, a digital instrument panel, and an audio system with 12 speakers are installed.
The electric version of the crossover will go on sale in Europe in the second half of next year. The car's range will be 450 km. The power of the electric powertrain is 136 hp. The maximum speed of the electric modification of the DS3 Crossback is 150 km/h. Acceleration to 100 km/h will take 8.7 seconds.
