It is expected that the electric model, debuting in 2020, will be called EQ S. Spy photos show that the car has minimal front and rear overhangs, a sloping roof, large front doors, and a panoramic windshield.
According to available information, when creating the flagship EQ, stylists will apply a number of original design solutions that will make it easy to visually distinguish the new model from the next generation of the S-Class sedan.
It is not yet clear what body style the Mercedes-Benz EQ S will get. The camouflaged prototype looks like a "Shooting Brake", but perhaps this is just a decoy. It is quite possible that in the series the car will be made in the style of a "four-door coupe".
