The Skoda Karoq Scout received additional plastic protection for the lower part of the body, 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels (19-inch available as an option), as well as "Scout" logos on the front mud flaps.

The engine lineup included a 1.5-liter 150-horsepower petrol engine paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch "robot" gearbox. The diesel range is represented by two-liter units producing 150 and 190 horsepower.

The first engine is combined with both a six-speed manual gearbox and a robotic transmission. The top engine works only with the preselective gearbox. All cars are offered only with an all-wheel drive system.

The equipment list includes the proprietary Virtual Cockpit digital instrument panel from Volkswagen, a wireless Wi-Fi hotspot with support for LTE networks, as well as stainless steel pedal covers.

The public premiere of the car will take place in the fall at the Paris Motor Show.
