The new generation of the Chevrolet Corvette sports car may receive a hybrid powertrain producing 1000 horsepower.
Overseas journalists have uncovered the first details about the new generation Corvette, the premiere of which is expected next spring.
According to insiders, the 'eighth' Corvette will for the first time feature a hybrid modification with at least 1000 horsepower, and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission will serve as the gearbox.
In addition, it is expected that the base of the new Corvette will be an aluminum space frame, partially made with carbon fiber and magnesium alloys.
