Volkswagen plans to unveil the new generation of the Jetta sedan at the January auto show in Detroit.
American journalists have found out where the premiere of the new generation Jetta will take place and got the first photo of the car. The image was shared by Matthias Erb, an engineer at Volkswagen's North American division.
Apparently, the sedan's exterior will become noticeably more restrained and will echo the look of the older Passat model. The new model will also get the MQB platform and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
