The new CLS has retained its signature silhouette and looks slightly more aggressive. The model debuted in a special Edition 1 version, which features matte body paint, 20-inch wheels, and badges on the front fenders.

Inside, a fully digital instrument cluster has appeared, combined with the display of the new In-Car Office multimedia system. Also eye-catching are the stylish design of the air vents, 64 ambient lighting options, and stylish IWC clock on the center console, included in the Edition 1 package.

The engine lineup has been radically updated and has also lost its eight-cylinder engines. Initially, two diesel modifications will be available – CLS 350d 4Matic (286 hp, 600 Nm) and CLS 400d 4Matic (340 hp, 700 Nm), as well as one petrol – CLS 450 4Matic (367 hp, 500 Nm). The only transmission offered is a 9-speed automatic. All versions are equipped with all-wheel drive.

European sales of the new Mercedes-Benz CLS will start in early spring. Prices have not been announced yet.
