It was previously assumed that the new generation Volkswagen Polo would be first shown in early autumn at the Frankfurt Motor Show, but the company decided to unveil the model already this week.
On June 16, a closed presentation of the new Polo will take place in the capital of Germany.
It is known that the sixth-generation model will be built on the MQB-A0 platform, which is also used by the new Skoda Fabia and Seat Ibiza. However, the German manufacturer has not yet disclosed technical details.
Official images of the car are also absent, but in early spring, spy photographers managed to capture the new Polo without camouflage during tests in Africa.
