Externally, the "heated" compact car features a more aggressive front bumper, black trim along the sides, and 17-inch alloy wheels with a special design.

Despite the fact that the up! GTI still has the status of a concept, its production version will clearly not receive significant differences.

The interior features a sporty steering wheel and the signature checkered pattern on the seats.

Under the hood of the "mini lighter" is a 115-horsepower turbo engine with a displacement of 1 liter, which works in conjunction with a six-speed manual transmission. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes the up! GTI 8.8 seconds, and the top speed is almost 200 km/h.

In the presentation video, the manufacturer decided to compare the new version of the Volkswagen up! with the first-generation Golf GTI, which is slightly inferior to the newcomer in power (110 hp) and dynamics (9 seconds to 100 km/h).
