For the Ateca FR, a 2.0-liter TSI turbo engine with 190 hp became available, paired with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DSG robot. With this engine, the crossover can accelerate to 212 km/h, covering the first hundred in 7.5 seconds.
Additionally, the FR version can be ordered with less powerful petrol and diesel engines that are used in standard Atecas.
