Shelby Super Snake 50th Anniversary is built on the basis of the pre-facelift Ford Mustang GT with a five-liter V8 under the hood. With the help of a supercharger, the standard engine output was increased from 426 to 679 hp. Moreover, for an additional fee, engineers are ready to raise the engine performance to 760 hp.
The anniversary Super Snake accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds, and it takes 10.9 seconds to cover the drag-racing quarter-mile (400 m) distance.
In addition to the signature aerodynamic body kit, modified hood and radiator grille, the Shelby Super Snake 50th Anniversary sports 20-inch forged wheels, as well as an abundance of anniversary badges.
The production run of the exclusive "Mustang" is limited to 500 units. The "base" price of the Shelby Super Snake 50th Anniversary is $69,995.
