Kia will present a compact crossover built on the Rio platform at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
Apparently, the new model will be built on the basis of the European version of the Kia KX3 crossover, which has been on sale in the Chinese market for over a year.
It is expected that the model will be called Sonic, but the technical specifications are still kept secret.
Most likely, the range of engines for the Sonic will be partially borrowed from the new Rio, but exact data will not appear before the autumn presentation.
