Hyundai has presented the new Celesta sedan at the auto show in the Chinese city of Guangzhou, which should become a step above the Accent model.
The length of the new product is 4510 mm (the Accent is 130 mm shorter), the width is 1765 mm, and the height is 1470 mm. As a power unit for the model, a 123-horsepower engine with a volume of 1.6 liters is offered.
Production of the Celesta sedan will be established at the joint venture of Hyundai and Beijing Automotive Group. Sales will start next year. There is no information yet about plans to launch the model outside the Chinese market.
