The model is based on the Japanese Nissan Navara pickup, but the German's appearance will be completely original. In addition, the X-Class will receive a Mercedes-style 4Matic all-wheel drive system. The pickup can carry more than 1 ton of cargo and is capable of towing a trailer weighing 3.5 tons. More detailed technical specifications are not yet available.
The concept was presented in two versions at once – the off-road powerful explorer (in golden color) and the urban stylish explorer (in white color).
The off-road modifications differ in tires, winches, and a more brutal appearance. In turn, the "stylish" one can boast a luxurious interior and bright wheel rims.
The production Mercedes-Benz X-Class pickup will appear only next year.
