Audi decided to slightly stir up public interest in the new Q5, ahead of the model's official debut at the Paris Motor Show, and showcased a small fragment of the crossover's rear body section.
The new generation of the Q5 model will be built on the MLB Evo modular architecture, which is already used in the A4 family and the Q7 crossover. The new model will also borrow the range of powertrains from the A4.
According to unofficial information, the weight of the Q5 will decrease by approximately 100 kilograms. More detailed data will appear closer to the premiere, which will take place in Paris in a few days.
