Volkswagen Group has shared the first teasers of a conceptual electric car, the presentation of which will take place at the Paris Motor Show.
The concept previews a future production electric vehicle, similar in dimensions to a Golf hatchback. The newcomer's range will be from 400 to 480 km, and according to the manufacturer, "express" battery charging will take only 15 minutes.
The new electric car is expected to go into production only in 2019. Following it, the Germans plan to release an electric crossover and a premium sedan, which will apparently be the electric version of the next-generation Phaeton model.
