The design of the new model has nothing in common with its predecessor and convinces that we are looking at a completely new model. The crossover has significantly increased in dimensions. The length has increased to 4641 mm (+111), and the wheelbase to 2840 mm (+105). The width and height have changed not so significantly – 1844 mm (+9) and 1646 mm (+6) respectively. In addition, the model can boast a very impressive ground clearance of 236 mm, but the drive is still only front-wheel. The trunk volume in the five-seat version is 780 liters.
For the 5008 crossover, a wide range of power units will be available. Gasoline engines are represented by a compact 130-horsepower PureTech turbo engine with a volume of 1.2 liters and a more powerful 1.6 THP with 165 hp. The diesel range includes a 1.6 BlueHDi engine in three power variants from 100 to 150 hp, as well as a 180-horsepower two-liter engine. The engines will be paired with a manual or automatic transmission with 6 gears.

The signature i-Cockpit interior offers a 12-inch monitor instead of the instrument panel and the most compact steering wheel in its class. As an option, the i-Cockpit Amplify system is available, with which you can individually adjust the interior and instrument panel lighting, music, massage intensity, and even fragrances created by the famous perfumer Antoine Lie.
