The model under the working name Urus will receive a 4.0-liter gasoline V8 engine with twin turbocharging.
"When accelerating and driving off-road, it is very important to have a high level of torque. We decided that the 4.0-liter V8 engine with twin turbocharging is the best choice for our crossover. This engine is not used by anyone else; this engine is only for Lamborghini," said Stefan Winkelmann, top manager of Lamborghini.

It is rumored that the appearance of the production car will differ from the exterior of the prototype shown earlier.
