Both in software and hardware, the trendy new product from Gazer has received truly impressive specifications. The use of a Sony Exmor sensor combined with high-class optics and progressive video processing technologies takes the video recording function to a completely new quality level. At the same time, other practical innovations have been introduced in the Gazer F140, which will allow the new product to rightfully take a top position in its class.

The new dash cam uses technologies and components that are widely used in professional video surveillance systems. The modern Sony Exmor sensor with a size of 1/2.8" provides a qualitatively new level of image both day and night. The WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) function balances the image in terms of light, thanks to which even "problematic" areas in the video become balanced and readable. This ensures the highest quality of shooting with sharp changes in lighting in the frame, for example, when driving in bright sunny weather, when leaving a tunnel or parking lot, with intense light from oncoming headlights, etc.

The model is equipped with a wide-angle lens with a viewing angle of 140° and a focal length of f=2.8 mm based on a six-component glass lens. The large aperture F2.0 allows the dash cam to capture significantly more light, which noticeably improves image quality when shooting in low light conditions. All this allows the Gazer F140 to record flawless video with the highest detail and excellent color reproduction both on a bright sunny day and in cloudy weather, at dusk, and even at night.

The new product has received an advanced mounting system with the function of power supply through the mount. This means that the plug of the charging unit is connected directly to the bracket, and the installation/removal of the dash cam will not be accompanied by connecting/disconnecting the power cable. At the same time, the mount allows you to adjust the shooting direction with one easy movement, and the quick-release mechanism allows you to remove the device in a matter of seconds.

The Gazer F140 is made in a compact stylish case and is equipped with a large built-in display with a diagonal of 2.7". To protect "emergency" files, the recorder has a G-sensor and a "hot" button on the case. And for security video recording during parking, the model is equipped with an automatic recording function when motion is detected in the frame. With the Time-lapse function (a type of slow motion), active Internet users will be able to share a creative video report of their trip with friends.

Like all Gazer car video recorders, the new product operates in a maintenance-free mode and comes with a branded Gazer microSDHC memory card with a capacity of 8 GB. In case the recordings obtained from the dash cam are used as evidence in court, the presence of a state certificate of conformity UkrSEPRO will provide additional legal weight to the materials.
