The new model was presented to journalists at a country complex, where media representatives had the opportunity to test the Duster off-road. Autoportal was among the first to try out the European version of the crossover, and in the coming days we will publish a video test.
Let us remind you that until recently, the updated "Russian" Duster was sold in Ukraine. However, given the well-known events, starting from January 2015, it will be replaced in our country by the Renault Duster of Romanian assembly. Externally, this car differs with different headlights, a different radiator grille, and new design wheels. A wide range of accessories is also offered for the car, from a "bull bar" to a roof box. There are also small changes in the interior. In particular, the instrument panel has changed, and the seat profile has improved. It is also important that the overall noise level inside the cabin of the new Renault Duster has decreased by half.
As for the technical part, the new Renault Duster is available to Ukrainian consumers with a petrol engine (1.6 L, 105 hp) and two variants of diesel units (85 hp and 110 hp). Drive is front or all-wheel. The gearbox is so far only manual, but a petrol crossover with an automatic transmission should appear in spring. This modification will get the most powerful petrol engine with a volume of 2.0 L and a power of 143 hp.
The starting price of the new Duster is from UAH 295,488. The base version by default has: air conditioning, radio, ABS, front airbags, power steering, front electric windows, central locking, daytime running lights, etc.
In addition to the attractive price (as of today), special credit terms apply to the car. For example, if you have 65% of the required amount, you can buy a new Duster on credit for 2 years at 0%!
