Mercedes-Benz does everything at once, but not in the case of the G-Class. Here, apart from the body kit and interior trim, everything remains practically at the same level as it was when these cars were born. Yes, engines are improved, power and characteristics change, but overall this car is not so much different from its 35-year-old ancestor.

In honor of the ancestor, the company released a "new" special version of the G-Class – Edition 35. It is timed to the 35th anniversary of the model's appearance. The trim is available for such cars as the G 350 BlueTEC and G500.

The color range is white or gray metallic. But at the same time, the bumpers will be painted in black metallic. Also the side mirror housings, 18-inch aluminum wheels and, of course, the roof.

For lovers of a sporty aura, a package will be offered that includes AMG wheel arch extensions, chrome inserts in the radiator grille and a sport exhaust system.

The interior design includes the presence of natural leather upholstery in two shades with red stitching and a special instrument panel. Of course, the steering wheel from AMG.

On the technical side, nothing exclusive. The Mercedes-Benz G 350 BlueTEC has a 211-horsepower diesel V6 engine with a displacement of three liters, and in the G500 Edition 35 version – a 5.5-liter V8 with a power of 388 hp.

For the diesel version they ask from 84.9 thousand euros, and for a car with a gasoline unit - from 94.8 thousand euros.
