The technical specifications of the new model are still kept secret. It is only known that the car is based on the Cross Concept Hybrid concept, so the use of a hybrid powertrain is highly likely.
Recall that the Geely Cross Concept Hybrid concept debuted at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2014. It was equipped with a 1.0-liter gasoline engine producing 88 horsepower paired with an electric motor of 54 horsepower. On a full tank and charged batteries, the car could travel about 650 kilometers, and on electric power alone — up to 50 kilometers. The concept's top speed was 190 kilometers per hour.
