As the manufacturer states, in the energetic design of the new BMW X6, the sporty power and versatility of the BMW X model harmonize with the elegance typical of BMW coupes. In the spacious interior, model-specific design elements organically combine with a sporty and luxurious atmosphere.

Thanks to attractive trim and equipment packages, the exclusive style of the new BMW X6 can be further accentuated. The Design Pure Extravagance trim line sets striking accents both in the exterior and interior. The M Sport package further emphasizes the car's extraordinary dynamic qualities.

The standard equipment of the new BMW X6 is also exclusive, significantly expanded compared to the previous generation model. For greater interior functionality, the rear three-seat bench backrest is split in a 40:20:40 ratio, allowing the luggage compartment volume to increase from 580 to 1525 liters (+75 liters compared to the previous generation model).

By the start of sales of the new BMW X6 in December 2014, the engine lineup will include the latest generation petrol V8 with 330 kW/450 hp for the BMW X6 xDrive50i, an inline six-cylinder diesel engine with 190 kW/258 hp for the BMW X6 xDrive30d, and another inline six-cylinder with 280 kW/381 hp for the BMW X6 M50d.
