For the Ukrainian market, the new Nissan Qashqai will be offered with three engine options: two petrol units with a displacement of 1.2 liters (DIG-T 115) and 2.0 liters, as well as a 1.6-liter turbodiesel (dCi 130).
The turbocharged 1.2-liter petrol engine works in conjunction with a manual gearbox and produces 115 horsepower (86 kW) with a torque of 190 Nm. Despite its small displacement, the unit boasts good tractive effort, providing confident acceleration and greater flexibility compared to the previous 1.6-liter naturally aspirated engine. Thanks to the lower weight of the powertrain, the car has become lighter and more economical — in the combined cycle, such a Qashqai consumes only 6.2 liters of fuel per 100 km.

The engine lineup for Ukraine will also retain the proven 2.0-liter petrol engine. This unit with direct injection and variable valve timing (displacement — 1997 cc) develops 144 hp and 200 Nm of torque.
For the first time in our market, the new-generation Qashqai will offer the dCi 130 diesel paired with an updated Xtronic CVT and front-wheel drive. The engine with 130 horsepower (96 kW) is considered one of the most technologically advanced in its class: it incorporates a number of engineering solutions that reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. For the front-wheel-drive version with the Xtronic CVT, the claimed fuel consumption in the combined cycle is 4.9 l/100 km.

The second-generation Qashqai can be ordered with either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, which is equipped with the ALL-MODE 4x4-i system.
