"Skoda Snowman" – this is how the media dubbed the new creation of the Czech automotive industry. Most likely, the premiere will take place at the Paris Motor Show, which is held in September-October in France.

The new crossover is planned to be produced in the Czech Republic, in the city of Kvasiny, where models such as Roomster, Yeti, and Superb are currently produced.

The car is positioned as the flagship crossover of the brand, will have a length of 4.6 meters, and will be equipped with petrol or diesel 4-cylinder engines with turbocharging technology; in addition, a version with a hybrid powertrain has been developed. In the basic configuration, the car will have front-wheel drive, but for all-wheel drive, you will have to pay an additional several thousand euros.

Also, the car will be available in a five- or seven-seat configuration.

Recall that earlier AvtoPortal wrote that the 7-seat crossover from Skoda will get a platform from the next Golf.
