The premiere of the new model will take place as part of a charity event in Homestead, Florida.

The event, called "Rides and Smiles," is organized for children with congenital conditions — cancer, diabetes, and brain diseases. Each child will be given the opportunity to ride on the track in one of many exotic cars.

This time, among those cars will be the fresh Dodge Viper. Earlier, brand representatives stated that engineers were actively working on the sports car, and it was unlikely to be completed before 2012. However, it seems the work progressed faster than expected. The updated Viper will feature a new engine, improved technologies, and fresh design, which should strengthen its success. According to preliminary data, power could reach about 700 horsepower.
