The driver's seat is moved to the stern, and in front of it are placed stretchers and a fully stocked first aid kit, built into the hull structure. The vehicle afloat is equipped with Mecanum-type wheels — they allow movement not only in the longitudinal but also in the transverse direction — as well as an all-wheel drive system, which, among other things, is implemented through electric motors integrated into each hub. The machine has no propeller: the function of the propulsion device is performed by tires designed like miniature paddle wheels that push the vehicle through the water.
