At the same time, the law specifies specific prohibitions: the use of humanitarian transport for profit is not allowed. This should both streamline the work of such structures and prevent cases of misuse.
Thus, the adopted law provides volunteer and charitable associations with broader opportunities, but at the same time establishes clear frameworks for their activities.
