MTSBU has announced an increase in tariffs for international insurance certificates "Green Card" — this time the cost has risen by 26.3%. Prior to this adjustment, prices were changed on July 18, 2022, when tariffs were reduced by 4.4%.
According to MTSBU, for passenger cars traveling to Europe for 15 days, the policy price now reaches UAH 913 (previous figure — UAH 723). For buses, the same insurance period costs UAH 3,429 thousand instead of UAH 2,715 thousand, and for freight transport — UAH 2,153 thousand versus UAH 1,705 thousand previously.
A monthly policy for passenger cars now costs UAH 1,453 thousand (was UAH 1,150 thousand), for buses — UAH 4,763 thousand (UAH 3,772 thousand), for trucks — UAH 2,858 thousand (UAH 2,263 thousand).
As for longer insurance terms, six-month and annual certificates for passenger cars cost UAH 6,451 thousand and UAH 7,986 thousand respectively. For buses, these figures are UAH 16,673 thousand and UAH 30,964 thousand, and for freight transport — UAH 13,529 thousand and UAH 25,534 thousand.
It is also worth noting that for trips to Azerbaijan and Moldova, a passenger car for 15 days will cost UAH 665. A monthly policy in this direction costs UAH 978, a six-month one — UAH 2,242 thousand, and an annual one — UAH 3,193 thousand.
