Five new clauses will be added to the traffic rules in Ukraine

1. The car owner is directly responsible for violations, and the driver's license can only be revoked by a court decision.

2. The proceedings on a violation case do not stop even if the driver left the accident scene. If there are photo or video materials, this is already a sufficient basis for starting the review.

3. Police officers will have POS terminals, so you can pay the fine on the spot with a bank card, without cash.

4. When a car has foreign registration, all responsibility for violations falls on the person who brought this vehicle into the territory of Ukraine.

5. The system of "fine forks" was abolished. Now, for each specific offense, a fixed amount is set — no other options.
