People's deputies registered in parliament a draft law that provides for amendments and additions to the Customs Code and the law "On Humanitarian Aid".
In particular, parliamentarians propose to exempt from customs duties humanitarian vehicles, which include ambulances, tankers, funeral vehicles, fire trucks, garbage trucks and street sweepers, transferred to local authorities by other states.
In addition, to avoid corruption schemes, it is proposed to prohibit the sale or alienation of such vehicles for 3 years (except for free transfer to other local self-government bodies).
