And car owners themselves will not have it easy, as some of them may be subject to the "luxury tax."

If the projects are adopted, in 2015 foreign cars without mileage may become 6-7% more expensive, and domestically produced cars - by 3-3.5%. New trucks will also increase in price – at least +6%. As for commercial vehicles older than 8 years, importing them will become completely unprofitable due to the coefficient of 20.
