Currently, electric vehicles in the US account for only 2% of all cars sold. Nevertheless, in the coming years, mass-market electric models will be introduced in a wide variety of segments. Moreover, earlier Joe Biden announced the purchase of 650 thousand electric cars for government agencies and the construction of 550 thousand charging stations.

In addition, Biden's decree implies the introduction of new strict eco-standards for cars with internal combustion engines. Thus, by 2023, the level of harmful substances in exhaust will decrease by 10%.
