In total, the star of The Grand Tour and former Top Gear host will sell three cars and four motorcycles. Almost all of them are true rarities.

In particular, Hammond has decided to part with a luxurious 1959 Bentley S2, an early 1969 Porsche 911T, and a limited-edition Lotus Esprit Sport 350. Also prepared for sale was a hot rally Ford RS2000, but at the last moment the TV presenter refused to sell it.

Among the motorcycles, it is worth noting an old 1927 Sunbeam Model 2 and a Velocette KSS Mk1. The 1977 Moto Guzzi Le Mans Mk1 is also very rare. Hammond has also put up for auction his gifts for his 40th and 50th birthdays – a 1976 Kawasaki Z900 and a 2019 Norton Dominator 961 Street.

Hammond will spend the proceeds on his new TV show. It will restore old and abandoned retro cars.
