After a 25-year hiatus, the car generated incredible public interest: as Ford reported, from the moment of the premiere, the new Bronco received 190 thousand orders, and this is only from the USA and Canada. At the same time, the manufacturer has so far approved a plan of 125 thousand cars, which buyers should receive before the end of the year. If you order a new Bronco right now, you can get your "horse" no earlier than 2020.
Importantly, to launch the model, the manufacturer mobilized significant resources: in particular, invested 750 million dollars and additionally hired 2,700 workers.
The original Ford Bronco, by the way, was produced from 1965 to 1996. During this time, the car survived five generations and sold a total of over 1.1 million units, becoming a true icon of the automotive industry.

The new Ford Bronco "returned to the game" in two versions – the classic two-door, as well as a modern (more practical and convenient) 4-door modification. In addition, buyers also have access to a "crossover" version of the model – Bronco Sport (also 4-door).
When creating the new Bronco, Ford wanted to maximize the qualities that the "ancestor" had. That is why the car turned out to be utilitarian and with a retro-style design. The ground clearance of the new Bronco is a substantial 294 mm, approach and departure angles are 29 and 37.2 degrees, respectively. Also, the Bronco can ford water up to 851 mm deep, which is a record figure in its class. Another feature is that from the factory, the car comes with huge 35-inch off-road tires.
Ford chose two engines for the modern Bronco. The base version is equipped with a 4-cylinder 2.3-liter EcoBoost with 270 hp and 420 Nm of torque (gearbox – 7MT or 10AT). The senior versions get a 2.7-liter V6, which produces 310 horsepower and 542 Nm of torque (transmission – only automatic). In both cases, drive is all-wheel drive.
At the same time, the Bronco Sport is offered with both front-wheel drive and a 4x4 system. Its engines are also more modest: the base is a three-cylinder 1.5 EcoBoost with 184 hp and 257 Nm, and the senior unit is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 248 hp and 372 Nm.
As many as 200 accessories are available for the car, offered by the manufacturer itself – winches, tents, additional lighting, various mounts and roof racks (for bicycles, boats, etc.).
The starting price of the new Ford Bronco in the USA is $29,995. The Sport version is priced at a minimum of $28,155.
