The following cars drove to the start: HEMTT (Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck – an eight-wheeled army tactical vehicle from 1986, equipped with a 12.1-liter diesel engine producing about 360 hp, as well as a “little truck” Ford F-450, under the hood of which is a 6.7-liter V8 diesel engine with 475 hp and a torque of more than 1400 Nm.

The military truck's equipment includes a crane, and in this case it served as additional cargo. And to make the forces equal, the Ford also received a weight – a trailer with three cars, namely old BMW M3, Jeep, and Chevrolet.
