The production capacity of the new association is designed to produce more than 8.7 million vehicles annually in various segments. The market value of the company is estimated at 42 billion euros. Thanks to shared platforms and cooperation between brands, savings could amount to up to 5 billion euros per year. The main focus in development will be on electric powertrains and hybrid technologies.

The head of Stellantis is the current head of PSA Group, Carlos Tavares. The head office is located in Amsterdam, and the total number of employees exceeds 400 thousand people. The company's securities have already appeared on the stock exchanges of Milan, New York, and Paris.
