Seven cars made it to the shortlist of the prestigious European competition, three of which represent the German brand Volkswagen, and two are electric cars. The winner's name will be announced at the end of February. Interestingly, 60 journalists from different countries will vote for the title of best car of the year in Europe, and among them there is a representative from Ukraine.
Last year, the compact Peugeot 208 became the winner, but who will win in 2021 is still a mystery. Our portal suggests that the main prize may go either to the new Skoda Octavia or to one of the two electric contenders.
