The production run of the Porsche 550A Spyder totaled just 40 units. The sports car sold at auction once won the "1000 Kilometers of Nürburgring" racing marathon and also took second place in the famous "24 Hours of Le Mans" race.
The model is powered by a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 1.5 liters and 110 hp, paired with a 4-speed manual transmission.
The name of the new owner of the exclusive Porsche is not disclosed. At the same time, the sports car turned out to be the most expensive car in the history of the Bonhams auction.
