Porsche's honey has been named Turbienchen and was collected by bees at an apiary in a natural area that is part of the Leipzig production complex. In the first season this summer, about 400 kg of linden honey was collected.

The finished product can be purchased at the Porsche brand store on the premises of the same plant.

In addition to bees, the Porsche "living corner," covering an area of 132 hectares, is home to bison, ponies, and many other animals and birds.

Gerd Rupp, Chairman of the Board of Porsche Leipzig, noted that the reserve offers ideal conditions for bees, and the project itself turned out to be so successful that it will be expanded in 2018.
