Head of Adam Opel AG Karl-Thomas Neumann resigned voluntarily after working at the top position of Opel for about four years.
48-year-old Michael Loscheller (pictured) has taken over as head of the company, having previously led the financial department of Opel Group GmbH.
Due to the incomplete procedure of transferring the Opel brand under the management of the French group PSA, Neumann will retain his seat on the board of directors until the final closing of the deal.
