On April 25, 2016, a new official dealership center — "Volvo Car - Kyiv Airport" — started operating on the territory of the "ViDi Avto City Airport" automobile town.
This center became the first conceptual Volvo dealership in Ukraine, built according to the requirements of the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) format.
The idea of Volvo Retail Experience is based on the play of opposites: open space and closed zones, warm and cool shades. During the day, the facades made of frosted glass look white and monolithic, and with the onset of evening they begin to let light through. The restrained exterior design in a cool palette shades the cozy interiors. In the center of the showroom there is a relaxation area styled as a living room of a modern Swedish house, with Scandinavian-style furniture and finishes made of natural materials.
The showroom, covering 690 sq. m, presents the entire Volvo model lineup. The service area of 600 sq. m is designed for simultaneous servicing of four cars, which reduces customer waiting time.
In addition to car demonstrations, the center offers test drives on the high-speed highway of Boryspil Road, the "ViDi Airport Service" service, and a loyalty program together with WOG, Oschadbank, and MasterCard. Also, "Volvo Car - Kyiv Airport" is the first in Ukraine to implement the Volvo Personal Service format, where each customer is assigned a personal mechanic — this should speed up work and improve service quality.
The dealership is part of the "ViDi Group" automotive holding, which has been operating on the Ukrainian market for 20 years. According to company representatives, such experience is a guarantee that the purchased car will become a guarantee of safety, style, and comfort for the owner.
