They poured Cola into the car engine instead of oil – what came of it (video)

To do this, the YouTubers bought bottles of Coca-Cola at the nearest store, drained the engine oil, and poured the soda in instead – in the same volume. After that, they went for a ride. The "guinea pig" was an old Opel Manta B (1975-1988).

How did the experiment end? At first, everything went without any changes, but after 5 minutes and 44 seconds of operation at high RPMs, the connecting rod broke in the engine. The car already "drove" back on three cylinders instead of the four intended.

Conclusion? In principle, a car can run on Coca-Cola, but the "fun" in this case will predictably not last long: sooner or later the engine will fail.
