In the first half of 2026, the Ukrainian car fleet was replenished with 33 thousand new passenger cars. Of these, 64% were purchased by private buyers, while 36% were registered by legal entities. Compared to the same period last year, sales in the private segment decreased by 6%, while in the corporate segment, on the contrary, they increased by 15%. This is reported by Ukrautoprom.

Most popular new cars among private buyers

Individuals in the first half most often chose crossovers. The top five models included:
  1. Toyota RAV4 - 1396 cars.
  2. Hyundai Tucson - 1032 cars.
  3. Mazda CX-5 - 825 cars.
  4. Renault Duster - 635 cars.
  5. Toyota Land Cruiser Prado - 630 cars.

Most popular new cars among corporate clients

Legal entities preferred models that are traditionally used for official needs and corporate fleets. The top five leaders look like this:
  1. Renault Duster - 2035 cars.
  2. Toyota RAV4 - 415 cars.
  3. Skoda Octavia - 409 cars.
  4. Skoda Kodiaq - 379 cars.
  5. Toyota Land Cruiser Prado - 373 cars.
