In addition, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine publishes a register of car models subject to taxation every year. In 2024, this list included 488 models, while in 2025 — already 352 models.
In 2024, total revenues from the transport tax reached about 220 million hryvnias. This is 37% more compared to 2023, i.e., the increase amounted to 59 million hryvnias. Of this amount, private owners transferred 136.2 million hryvnias, and companies and organizations — 83.5 million hryvnias.
How payments were distributed by region:

The given indicators indicate that the bulk of premium cars is concentrated in the capital and the above-mentioned regions.
As for the number of such cars, in 2024 legal entities owned 3,024 elite passenger cars, and individuals — 7,193 cars. Together, this gives 10,217 vehicles, the owners of which had to pay the transport tax. This is approximately 0.088% of all registered passenger cars in Ukraine.
Thus, studying the statistics of transport tax payment allows us to outline the regions with the largest number of elite cars, which in turn indicates the economic development and level of prosperity of the population in these regions.
