The AvtoVAZ concern intends to create 12 completely new models over the next nine years, as well as 11 updated versions for the current model lineup.
The first two new models are planned to be presented no later than 2019, but details about them are not yet disclosed.
It is only known that already next year VAZ cars will receive an updated multimedia system with the Lada Connect option, which will allow combining the media center with mobile devices.
The production of new models will be organized at sites in Izhevsk and Tolyatti, whose capacities will be fully utilized by 2026.
