The increase in supplies of used cars from abroad, along with the decline in sales of new cars, has negatively affected the age of the Ukrainian car fleet.
According to AUTO-Consulting, today the average age of a car owned by Ukrainians has already reached 19.6 years. To make it clearer, this is the worst indicator in the entire history of observations of the Ukrainian car market.
If we talk about the vast majority of cars, 53.4% of cars are models produced in the USSR or CIS countries. Of course, in Kyiv the situation is better, but in most regions Soviet cars dominate.
