Volkswagen Caddy Model Range
The first Volkswagen Caddy appeared in 1982. Initially, it was a modest delivery van. It was built on the Golf platform, and its design was borrowed from the Polo model.
The real breakthrough came with the third generation, released in 2004. The commercial van turned into a family compact MPV with its own distinctive design. Cargo modifications were named Kasten, and passenger versions were called Kombi. An extended Maxi version and an off-road Cross modification also appeared.
Technical Specifications and Trims
The Caddy is offered with petrol engines ranging from 1.2 to 2.0 liters and diesel engines from 1.6 to 2.0 liters. The engines work in conjunction with a five- or six-speed manual gearbox, or a six- or seven-speed dual-clutch DSG robotic transmission. Drive can be front or all-wheel. Full information on specifications and trims can be found by selecting a specific version of the model.

Owner Reviews
Owners appreciate the Caddy for its high reliability, durability, and abundance of modifications. A good price-to-quality ratio is also noted. Among the disadvantages, problems with robotic gearboxes and the sensitivity of petrol turbo engines to fuel quality are most often mentioned. You can leave your review below on the page.
