The price of the BMW iX has not been announced yet, but it is expected to be around 80-100 thousand euros. As the importer reported, the car can be ordered now, for which a deposit of 300,000 UAH (almost 9 thousand euros) is required. The first Ukrainian buyers will receive their electric crossovers before the end of the year.
Recall that the electric crossover BMW iX debuted in November 2020. The car is made in the new brand style, the main element of which is the giant "nostrils" of the radiator, while in size it is comparable to the fuel BMW X5. The car has two versions – xDrive40 and BMW iX xDrive50. They are both all-wheel drive (with two electric motors), but differ in the output of the power plant and battery capacity.
The BMW iX xDrive40 offers 300 hp of power, acceleration to "hundreds" takes just over 6.0 seconds. The battery for this variant is 70 kWh, the range on a single charge is 400 km. In turn, the BMW iX xDrive50 already produces 500 hp, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds and travels up to 600 km on a single charge – thanks to a 100-kilowatt-hour battery. Both versions are capable of charging with a maximum current output of 200 kW (80% charge – in 40 minutes).
The BMW iX equipment includes a large cockpit (it combines a digital instrument panel and a multimedia touchscreen), a projection screen, four-zone climate control, etc.
