According to the Prime Minister, 4 billion hryvnias have been allocated for the construction of new roads. 4,000 workers are involved in the construction of new roads.
It is not reported which sections are meant. Nor is it clear whether these are resurfaced roads or completely new routes. In any case, against the background of the fact that 90% of Ukraine's roads require major repairs, the figure of 200 km looks insignificant.
It should be noted that as of 2015, the standard cost of building 1 kilometer of a first-category highway ranges from 70 to 100 million hryvnias, reconstruction - 40-80 million hryvnias, major repairs - 20-30 million hryvnias, and current medium repairs - 8-12 million hryvnias.
