In Ukraine, according to the State Automobile Inspectorate, since the beginning of the year there have been 25,280 accidents, in which 4,233 people died and 31,371 people were injured.
The highest number of deaths is in Kyiv and the region — 506 people died there. Next come Dnipropetrovsk region with 322 victims, Kharkiv region — 263, Donetsk region — 255, Odesa region — 250, and Lviv region — 237 deaths.
The fewest deaths were in Chernivtsi region.
